Volunteer Opportunities
Prior to signing up for activities at the school, please make sure you are enrolled as a FCPS volunteer. This is a one-time sign-up and you will still use the kiosk to make a nametag. Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete this process to help Poplar Tree maintain a secure and supportive learning environment for all students.
Picture Day Volunteers
Help our students look their Panther-best and keep picture day moving smoothly! Volunteer for a morning or afternoon slot.

Watch D.O.G.S.
Dads and male guardians will spend time at the school reading to classrooms, greeting students at arrival and dismissal, doing security walks of the building, and helping supervise lunch and recess. Join us!
Block Party Volunteers
Help us keep this free, fun, family tradition going! Sign up to be part of a team - we need help booking food trucks, planning activities and games, working with local businesses, and organizing food/drink sales.
Library Volunteers
Volunteer in the school library during your student's weekly library time! Volunteers will help re-shelf and check out books. Sign up for your student's grade level.
